2009 Wishlist

Howdy! 2008 has been a very lucky, happy, blessed, whatever you call it year for me. In fact, I was thinking that 2009 would be horrible because of this.

So in any case, I am stating this or rather NEXT year's wishlist. It or it could not be fulfilled like what happened in 2008. Of course I wish things would go as well as 2008.

1. Upgrade Mr-PC-Reborn. Yeah, this has been in the 2008 wishlist, but then... forget it. haha. I think it's impossible.

1. External Hard Drive- to avoid the stack of DVDs in my room. They're outgrowing me-- my height, that is.

2. Blu-Ray Drive- Hmn, this is expensive. Nah, it shall be on my list.

3. Another mobile phone- Am I quite demanding? Haha, I still need one for my SMART sim. ^_^

4. ... This will be updated later on.

Okay, let's go back to my wishlist last year to identify what happened really... ciao!

AKEMASHITE OMEDETOU GOZAIMASU MINNA!!

It Hurts!

I woke up because of the sound of a unique ringing tone among my contacts. Yes, I assigned a uniquely different tone for that someone. Anyway, I ignored it only to find myself sleeping again. I feel terrible. My whole body ached a lot.

I thought of what I did yesterday. If it is not because of the pool, I might have not felt this way. Oh yea, we played a lot during the time we were there. Maybe my body got exhausted for roaming around the wide pool for hours. So then, I concluded it that way.

The PC addict that I am, I can still move my hurting body to type stuff here. Haha. I can't miss another net opportunity. Classes are about to resume, so I better make the most of it.

Hell yeah!

Family Outing

Today, we had our outing at Calamba, Laguna in a resort somewhere there. The pool was lukewarm and nice, we had our best time there. We played tag and ice-ice water with our cousins. We also played BINGO, sung with the videoke machine, and ate grilled seafoods and lots more together. The entire facilities of the resort was ours to use, even the billards and the table tennis facility. My nephew Renz bought his toy tanks and we played it together with Derek. We really had a great time.

It was kinda tiring, but I enjoyed it of course. Later this afternoon, we went home already. I don't want to leave yet, but we had to go earlier because Auntie has to go to the hospital. Oh well, I wonder what they are doing right now.

A Not So Grand Reunion

Yesterday, my aunt and two cousins from Canada arrived here in the Philippines. And today, they visited us here. Tomorrow, we'll have the real GRAND reunion for the Blanco Family at Laguna.

The only ones who came here were the families of Uncle Romy's children, except for Ate Rhoda. Auntie Dora wasn't present too. I had a lot of fun playing with my pamangkins and they all enjoyed as well. Too bad I can't go out with them tonight as they go to Taytay, since we'll be seeing each other tomorrow again.

I hope tomorrow will be a sunny day for swimming and fun. :)

MMFF

Yesterday (yes, it was about 16 hours something ago), I woke up at around 8:40 am only to remember and to remind myself that I'm going out that day. 10 minutes after deciding to go to the other bathroom, he buzzed. I'm so late.

I received his IM roughly 30 minutes earlier before I woke up; luckily, 9:20 was quite an early time to leave before the mall opens.  I had a quick shower in cold water (I take a bath during the evening), and that surely woke me up.

We arrived before the mall opens at 10. Just approximately 5 minutes before it. After sometime, we met our movie companions and then the rest passed by quickly. We had watched "Ang Tanging Ina Niyong Lahat", "Iskul Bukol 20 Years After", and "Dayo". It was indeed fun.

And so, I write this post 7 hours after we got home. Man, it was quite tiring, but we still had time to talk and do the usual stuff, and that includes to watch TV and go out, etc.

He had just left. That's why I'm into my PC again. Haha.

There has been a new page added in my blog. It was entitled "Bangkok Pills". This title was inspired by the 'book' of drama anthologies (and other episodes) that JM had dreamed of and we've already discussed.

Bangkok, being the capital of Thailand, became part of the title. The stories/dreams to be talked about or written will be with Pchy as a main cast. Of course, he's the 'man of the moment'. When this passes by, or when I have a new foreign or not foreign squeeze, it will soon change. But then, I hope to add the previous episodes besides Kakurenbo. However, Bangkok Pills as the title won't have to work anymore.

I hope that the project would be started immediately. I think I won't have any chance to write it during Summer. It's because I might have the internship during that time...

Simply Addictive

Songs of the Japanese people had invaded my mind since the beginning of my otaku career. Everyday, it's sure for a Japanese song to play continuously in my mind. That is what we termed as a "virus" when we were in 5th grade. Back then, the term "LSS" or "Last Song Syndrome" hasn't been coined yet. And also, back then, we rely on Tape recordings or Cassette Tapes to be exact for our song needs. We record the TV songs of the anime series we loved to watch.

The simplemindedness we had was trivial to how we loved the Japanese culture. Oftentimes, like how the fan my friend JM was for TTK to the point of having dreams with them also happened to me when we were 10 years old. I told Kog and Jeanne Frances every single Weiss Kreuz crossover with Escaflowne dreams I had, and those dreams occur in episodes. My imagination ran wild during those times. As I recall, there was this weird dream about the Weiss Kreuz guys being chased by Merle of Escaflowne, and they were... selling deodorants. I could only laugh at the plots of my dreams. To us, they must be real. And they must be happening.

Singing anime songs had been a daily ritual for us back then. Whether it be a solo, duet, or trio we would sing our hearts while remembering the episode yesterday, chatting on it even through the telephone. Anime endings or finales would make our hearts cry our and of course, literally we cried. Sentimentality among us ruled as we reminisce the episodes, or even as we talked of our dreams about them. They seemed real in our own paradise.

Indeed, anime has brought us all of the happiness we could remember with our strong and close ties with each other. And through the years, we still remember what kinds of addicts we were. During our high school we were separated upon my transfer to another school. But we never forget. Oftentimes, our topic would still be the same on our phone calls and YM sessions. We never forgot about them. If an anime character we loved celebrates his or her birthday, we greet each other with that. They are all special to us. Hence, simply addictive would be the term. Over and over, these things fill our hearts with little joys.

We love anime. :)

Christmas Day at Star City

It was as early as 7 am when we left our house. Our destination was at Quezon City in my Ninang Nina's house. We were supposed to meet there and spend the rest of our Christmas day at Star City. After some talking and lunch, we left at exactly 11 AM for Star City.

We kinda got lost on our way there. We splitted ways, something like that. It turned out that the shortcut my dad took at Balintawak stuck us in traffic somewhere in Manila. Anyway, after some time, we arrived and bought our tickets and that.

Rides were of course the main thing we're in there, and the Snow World. Mikee and me are the only ones riding the rides since the adults don't feel like going for fear of nausea and the like. We had a lot of screaming and laughing together as we rode the Rollercoaster and the Surf Dance. The final ride, which got me a bit dizzy was the Flying Carpet. Overall, the rides got me a bit scared, especially the Surf Dance.

Then after eating, we proceeded at the long queue to the Snow World. The queue was so long, it came all throughout the vicinity of Star City. It took us an hour for the queue, but it was worth it. The said negative 15 degrees of coldness really got me. My ears and nose are so cold. Good thing the coat I was wearing was long enough to cover my fingers. I had my picture taken inside of it:

[caption id="attachment_404" align="aligncenter" width="482" caption="Ang LAMIG dito!"]Ang LAMIG dito![/caption]

And so, this ended my 2008 Christmas Escapade. It was fun, and I loved what happened the whole day. My energy was drained, but it's worth it. I can't stay late tonight because of tiredness... :)

Geki! Teikoku Kageki-dan

Sakura Taisen would be my Year-Ender anime. It's really a fond memory of my first year in high school. We used to roleplay Sakura Taisen without the costumes of course. My friends and I adored the characters and so we thought of ourselves as the main characters of the anime for a while. Although it didn't last that long compared to our Slam Dunk and Hunter X Hunter addiction, it was fun. I could still remember who we are back then: I play Shinguuji Sakura, Kog plays Iris Chateubriand, Zoren is Tachibana Maria, and Ruth is Kanzaki Sumire.

I really haven't watched the entire series back then because of school. It was so busy during high school and I don't have a stable internet access, knowledge of downloads, and my own PC back then.

So now that I have the resources, I decided that I should download the OVAs as well. Even the movie of course. As the year ends, I will continue the Sakura Taisen marathon. :)

Chicken and Chocolates

Quiz time!

Shana has melon bread, Plue has lollipop, and Sasuke has onigiri. What do they all have in common?

Answer 1: Food!

WRONG!

Answer 2: Things!

WRONG!

Answer 3: Favorite food!

CORRECT!!

And so that's what they all like. As for me, I took after L of Death note. I love chocolates. Add the chicken to differentiate my likes from L. Okay. There you have it.

I've been attached to chocolate since I don't know when. Oh come on, tell me you do not love chocolates and I'll definitely brand you as a liar. Okay, so you may not like it now, but surely you had. Fine! You may not have liked it at all!!

Chocolates come in different packages, mostly exquisitely packed. Attractive, perfect gifts and delicious, they make me feel happy whenever I'm depressed. Most of the chocolates I eat are the ones that are more bitter: the dark chocolate. For me, they are the best sort. Well, long ago it was the chocolate with wine that attracted me so much. Since I haven't tasted it in years, it has therefore changed.

Chicken is all I wanted for dinner. And for breakfast. And even for lunch. The best way to present a chicken cooked to me is to roast it. The marinade should not be very sweet. The balance between sweetness and saltiness should emanate. As of this moment, the best I've tasted so far when it comes to marinades are either of the following: Andok's, Savory, and Kenny Roger's.

When we're talking of Fried Chicken, it should always come with gravy. Number one gravy is now Mc Donald's for me, next would be the KFC gravy. The chicken breading's number one is Shakey's, followed by KFC, and by Mc Donald's.

Other ways for Chicken that are plausible for me: Tinola, Afritada, Curry and Barbecue. I do not like Chicken adobo that much.

Best part of the chicken? Long ago, it was the drumstick that I love. But now, it's the wings. They are the so yummy.

That would be all. I'm so smitten by these foods! Right now, I'm enjoying my all time fave, Meiji Black chocolate. ^_^

Enroll Na!

Hehe. Our imaginative minds really took us to wherever imagination should take us. Recently, in my profile, a lot of changes had occurred. There were additions which other people do not know of. Surprise, surprise! Only two people know about it. Guess who? Me of course, and one of my closest buddies JM.

All of these began when we were in High school. Before he transferred to RHS, JM was also a long-time PCCian like my bff C-chan. Anyway, we usually talk for hours in the phone when YM is not yet our forte and when we still have dial-ups as internet connection.

We talk until the sun comes down and until it almost rises again. That talk, we considered as a Radio Program. And so the Program at that time when we haven't idolized the "Tambalan" at Love Radio (Nichole and Chris) was just called by its Radio Station DZ Hilo (a pun for Dizzy and Hilo- both meaning the same).

Not long after that, we have imaginative talks and until the time I went to vacation in third year High school. JM was to transfer at RHS the next school year, and so I was hoping for a section change that time. I had several experiences that are so unforgettable during vacation of 2004, and I had of course some quality time to narrate everything to JM. He listened well, and surprisingly, he could tell some of the things there! And then, M.A.S.A. was born. Madam Auring's School of Astrology is the first school's name.

In line with that, Eddie Gil, a once presidentiable in our country caught our comical imaginative minds. We had him as our first "Pinoy Idol" and we heard from TV that he's going to have his movie with Madam Auring. JM, who is so fond of singing old songs and anything under the sun (that's why I called him my "Jukebox") decided to have another school where we are attending: the E.G.S.S. or Eddie Gil's School of Singing (or Singing School).

Several things happened between me and JM and it will be a longer story. Anyhow, our friendship came back to its solid state, stronger than ever. If before, we only talked of dreams related to TTK Max and others, now we had our interests jived together in making something. This something is simply Kakurenbo, our novel, that we made in order to fulfill the need of the writers within us.

Kakurenbo was just a spin-off of some dramas like Goong and Meteor Garden, and a mixture of parodies and spoofs we made. But generally, the plot and concept are originally ours. The characters were almost all actually living--the people who had made an impact in our mortal lives. Since High school, we've been writing stories on our own, his "Love is in the Air" and my fan fictions. Making Kakurenbo together really made us realize hard work and of course we had so much fun while we did it.

The rest of the schools and companies were created alongside Kakurenbo: first is M.I.P- Makati or the Maharlikang Institusyon ng Pilipinas. This is where the main characters in our story study. An imaginary school of elite and royal bloods. Next is B.I.S.A- Bitoy's International Spoof Academy. That's were our imaginative spoofs came about. Next is S.U.K.A.- Sharon's (Sharon Cuneta) Advertising (I forgot the other letters! :P). This is where we associate the advertisements we created and had caught our attention. Finally, the two broadcast companies were also created as part of the story. L.B.M. or the Liberty Broadcasting Media was the TV station of the antagonists in Kakurenbo, and U.T.I. or Universal Television Incorporated, the archenemy of L.B.M. which is supposedly appearing on the sequel of Kakurenbo.

Not long after Kakurenbo, I had crushes with same letters in their names. They were called by JM as the 3M. When ABC-5 reformatted and became TV-5, the idea of having another TV network in the "Kaharian" led to the creation of TV-3M, where all my crushes with the M's (3M) are supposed to be working.

Just recently, we had the Thai Invasion which led to the creation of two other schools, H.A.F.Y.A.W. and P.A.Y.A.T.. They were created because of the dreams we recently had-- about ourselves and the "gang" JM usually meets at my birthday (which includes Zoren, Roy "Banlag" and my boyfriend). Pchy came into my life and continued in JM's, so P.A.Y.A.T. stands for Pchy's Academy for Young Artists and Talents. H.A.F.Y.A.W. is related to all of us-- Hazel and Friends' Young Artists Workshop. Istarbuko, a spoof in Kakurenbo suddenly became my working place in one of JM's dreams (with Pipoy/Pchy's Filipino nickname).

As time passes by, I think there will be additional schools and companies. We're starting to wonder if we are the only ones attending them, with respective deans Madam Auring and Eddie Gil, and others...

So what are you all waiting for? Enroll na! :D

mIRC

Internet Relay Chat. That's what the IRC stand for. And the "M"? I don't really know. Was it massive or something? Duh.

Anyway, I had been searching for the un-scanlated Rave master manga chapters in volume 27-30 so I decided to use mIRC again. The scanlators have their own IRC channels at irchighway (most of them) and so I thought I could possibly find the missing chapters in mangafox.com.

Sadly, I didn't have them. I tried joining every manga channel there is, but none  can yield results with the use of @find. I got tired, so  I decided just to buy one, or to wait for the release at mangafox.

And also, let me tell you that when you block mIRC on the firewall, your minimum cps will be very low. The transfer speed from the other users will be very slow. But of course, unblock it when you're sure you're protected with an antivirus software that's reliable.

Hail to Ken Hidaka-- the precursor of my anime crushes, my first true love and forever will be my anime love. His brown eyes and hair had first attracted me when I was a 5th grader at Pasig Christian Academy.

From the moment I saw him on GMA 7, I knew it was love. I have fallen for an anime character madly for the first time, and thus I branded him as mine. Following that, the OKAY barkada came about-- Omi, Ken, Aya, Yohji-- but later on we decided to remove Yohji since he's not cute for us. The barkada became OKAV then-- Omi Tsukiyono of Weiss Kreuz, Ken Hidaka of Weiss Kreuz, Aya/Ran of Weiss Kreuz, Van Fanel of Escaflowne. Each letter corresponded to each member's "love" way back then.

Many anime crushes had followed Ken, but no one of them replaced him in the top spot. At some point, I almost rejected him. This was when the time Slam Dunk came to local Philippine Television. I fell for Rukawa Kaede's charm. He became the number one crush for 2 school years. Then Yoh Asakura came and replaced him. That was another 1 and a half year, because Uchiha Sasuke arrived. My world was shook. Sasuke-kun became the number one crush, and I therefore named him as the Ultimate Anime Crush. No other anime character removed him from the spot. Up to this point, 4 years standing, Sasuke-kun is still the anime crush.

I decided to keep Ken Hidaka, of course. He's so memorable. My addiction of him lasted for a good 2 years, but no one really replaced him as my one true love in anime.

Rave Master Mania: Anime of the Month 2

I guess I have just made Shakugan no Shana the anime of the month of December earlier this month. But now, I've downloaded Rave Master anime episodes 1-51 and it lingered my system. So I have to thank Evil-Empire and VN Manga for the Manga I downloaded from them. I had finished up to the 26th Volume, and since volume 27 is on its way to scanlation, I just decided that I will buy Volumes 27 to 35 as my gift to ME and to add up to my 2009 wishlist.

Rave's plot is not as simple as getting all the Holy Brings (Rave) and defeating evil. It has a wide range of themes. From friendship to romance, the story encompasses almost all the human emotions. It's a good read, and personally, I don't think it's a dull shonen anime. It's one of the best.

And so it's official. I'm getting the rest of Rave manga volumes that I haven't read. :)

What On Earth...?

Somehow, I'm liking this violet color. I've used this font color just lately. Oh well, that's not what I want to talk about right now.

Hazel-PC reborn is being kept somewhere in my parents' room now. It has been 2 days actually. I want to thank someone for coming yesterday which made me go out my room and stop the hikikomori mode. And of course, will I forget my new dog Shabutaro? He has made me happy, even for a bit.

Still, I haven't gotten over the loss of Etty-chan (Pretty). I sooo miss that dog. No matter what I do, I can't seem to love Shabutaro the way I loved Etty-chan. Grr. It pains me to think of that cute dog. I wonder where on earth Etty is.

The use of Mr-PC-Reborn (this desktop PC) takes so much of my time. It's still responding slowly. I wonder what sort of repair must be done to keep this optimized like my laptop.... or at least to attain half its speed.

I sooo hate what's going on in my life lately. :(

Shabutaro

Shabutaro. That's the peculiar name I gave our new dog even though he has his own name written in his "papers". The name is something I picked up from Rave Master (Groove Adventure Rave)'s 4th anime episode. Haru named Plue "Shabutaro" before he met Shiba and after he "fished" Plue from the sea.

Like Plue, our Shabutaro doesn't speak. He is weird-looking, being a part of the Pug family (huh?) and he doesn't even bark! He's so annoying sometimes because he's too playful. My stamina doesn't work well when I'm with Shabutaro. I wonder if he also likes sweets and lollipops.

His original name is Lassy. For me, it's so girlish. Lass=girl. And to name a male dog like that is something weird. So then, I decided to keep on calling him Shabutaro. And now, he's used to it. When I yell out "Shabutaro!", he looks my way. I'm glad it worked.

Ways to call it Quits

Quits:adjective- Owing or being owed nothing: even1, quit, square.

I bring ye news. This is not an old news coming from me, but today I duly make it something official. It seemed as if I'm Buddha-- an enlightened one. I've dreamed of the Four Noble Truths in my life earlier.

1. Life means suffering.

True to what has happening, each day in my life happens to be each day of suffering. Well, it doesn't look like it but deep inside of me, I'm tortured by something. I won't tell.

2. The origin of suffering is attachment.

Attachment. Yup, since I was attached, I can't go nuts with my single best pals and can't flirt with anyone hot and available on conventions and parties. It's really the attachment that binds me and my freedom literally and figuratively.

3. The cessation of suffering is attainable.

Finally, I've decided to remove someone so as to delete the cause of my suffering.

4. The path to the cessation of suffering.

And upon removing him in my life leads to loneliness of a bit and of course hurt feelings. Anyway, after all this, it will be a meaningful and wonderful life-- not something that came out all of a sudden and ruined my whole being.

Anyway, all of these Noble Truths were encompassed in my dream earlier. Not as directly stated like that, but of course in different situations. I extremely believe about my dreams telling me some important thing or decision to do. It's been proven a lot of times (you can see my older posts here as reference).

So after all the mumbo jumbo... I realized it's over.
And then I was thinking on ways how to say it in a proper way. And I couldn't. Thus, only the title of this post must be made sense.

Sad

A lot of things happened today. I want to forget the reason of my loneliness. Now I won’t be able to see my dog. Or rather other’s dog. It makes me a lot more dramatic. I never thought of what could possibly happen. And here it was, and there it went. Oh well. We really realize something’s worth once it’s gone. And it is possibly true for everything we have. Just like what happened and or happens to me. I can’t stop thinking of the matter now. I even had dreams about it. Maybe it’s just not for me. So everything went out of hand. Now I am with nothing left. It’s so empty. I feel something trembling within me. I should’ve appreciated things as they were before. Now it’s too late to repent on it. Well I did nothing wrong. Did I? It was just some lack of appreciation. I didn’t intend to lose every nice thing at the first place. Oh yeah. I didn’t want it to become related to me either. I just lost my mind that time. It seems like this post has a lot of confusion within. I sure guess no one bothers this anyway. Just like what I’ve done before. But all of it was a cover-up. Oh yes, I am duly affected. It’s never been this bad. But forgetting must be on its way too. And even though I try to think about it a hundred times, it has happened and it was over. That’s what I see, at least. And that’s how it appeared to me. Oblivion. It’s such a nice word with a nice ring on it. If everything will be settled with purely oblivion aka forget something… then it would be nice for everyone. I keep mentioning the word nice. It kinda reminds me of something or someone. Since this is a sort of mixed-up post, I don’t care about the layout and words I am using anymore. See, it’s useless to think of something you terminally wouldn’t want to think of. And since it’s all stupid, I could say I had been stupid. So stupid. This was meant to happen. It just waited a little longer. Soon enough things were obvious. And when that time comes, I don’t think I could just smile at it. Since I was left alone, I could care less. Or will I start bawling now?

Thai Invasion

It's not that I've changed my preferences. I only added a bit to it.

If you were one of the people who observed and have visited (of course) my profile, you might have noticed that my location now is Krung Thep, Bangkok, Thailand. My "hometown" is still Tokyo, Japan (in my dreams). This signifies my newest addiction, or what I termed now as the "Thai Invasion".

Several reasons became the impetus for the addition of Thai in my music and hot guys preference. First off is Pchy or Witwisit Hirayanwongkul of the August Band. He is, by far, the hottest guy actor and singer I've seen in Thai sector. Next would be the songs of August Band, starting with Pchy's songs of course. Finally, the beginning of everything, JM's persistence and continuous influence. Haha. I can't get through my hatred of Pchy's debut film (The Love of Siam, where his role is GAY) without him. Thanks, dude!

And because of that, I already had this research mania on Thai culture which includes the following: Music, Language, and Literature.

If this mania is seasonal like my Cantonese Pop addiction, we'll see about that.

I'm feeling restless. It's because up to now, I do not have any other information about the band Galla who sung Initial D Second Stage songs "Kimi ga Iru" and "Kiseki no Hana". The guys who sung that, aka the band itself Galla, has no link or whatsoever that I could find and grasp. Too bad, for when I watched the MV of "Kimi ga Iru" (in Initial D, the ending song), I found them cute (especially the lead singer). I resolved into getting mp3s, thanks to the ID collection several years ago... but still, I want to know about the band.

My resolve is that I'll ask some forums and the Yahoo! Answers. If answers will come out, I'm lucky. If not, I won't stop researching!

My inspiration in doing so is my recent ClubBox discovery of "Freedom!" mp3.

With hard work and enthusiasm, I could find out almost everything!

Haha. ^_^

Surprise, Surprise!

A lot of things occurred today, most which I do not expect once more.

First, I downloaded the song I longed to have since I was in Elementary. That is the song "Freedom!" by Han Gwan-Hee. This song is the Ending song for Restol: Special Rescue Squad, a Korean anime way back in 1999. It was aired around 2000 at ABC-5 (now TV 5) and I loved this song from the first time I heard it. When I had the chance, I'll occasionally search for its lyrics or the mp3 itself. Tough luck. For 4 years of searching, I only ended up with an instrumental--something that I got from a fansite as a temporary file. I thought it was the end back then-- I was 3rd year high school that time.

And finally, this time I used all I can with different parameters and unyeilding hope to finally have that song. So I found a ClubBox link, and then I hesitated at first. I failed signing-up for ClubBox 5 years ago. But through the help of a certain website, I followed the instruction and got my own account. And so, I downloaded not only "Freedom!" but also "Restol"-- the opening song. I'm so glad it happened!

And to celebrate it, I gladly post the mp3 of "Freedom" in my blog: (just the imeem link, I can't incorporate media here... I wonder why uploads in Fs are slow... bandwidth? no. of users?!)

Freedom!- Han Gwan-Hee

Oh yeah!

Shakugan no... SHANA-TAN!

It was a BLAST! Last night, rather, earlier this morning (1am to be exact) I watched the specials and the "movie" (let's wrap it into one: Omake) of Shakugan no Shana. The Omake is super funny! OMG! There's this Off-campus trip that made me go nuts!! Everyone's cranky side were present, even the villains. Hecate became a chibi too and she's so cute when saying "Uruchai" in a cold manner. And Shana-tan? Well, she's simply the cutest!

Friday, December 5, 2008

Cute tale between two protagonists who undoubtedly love each other. Oh well, to put it as simple as that is wrong. Shakugan no Shana involves too much of unknown fictitious terms and is quite hard to handle. Like for instance, you'll encounter words like "Mystes", "Flame Haze", "Interpreter of Condolence", "Corpse Collector" and others (the translations may vary too). You'll also see a lot of peculiar and idiosyncratic characters, each one hard to memorize because of the names they have. And the classification of characters end up to four categories (or more). In short, it is a complicated piece of work.

However, I don't care much about the complications since I enjoyed the part where it shows their high school lives. You know, stuff like "Suki" and that. That makes a slice of life kind of anime appear more realistic. In fact, even though it seems unrealistic, the fact that love is in the air of every anime makes it more "human". Here in Shakugan no Shana, elements of falling in love and defining what a kiss is are present. Looks like it's more like a teenage fluff show in that manner. But the fighting scenes and casting spells make it so like every other sort of magical anime.

Though I fail to introduce this anime in a better perspective (which is supposed to be clearer than this), I could say that this is somewhat good. 8/10 grade. Not bad. Just confusing.

What's Left Unsaid

*****

"...Love you," he muttered, and I thought it was redundant. How many times has he said this today?

I know, all I wanted to say was that. But I hesitated. I pretty much knew that he'll sort of demand for an answer, and if I joke, it would kinda hurt him. To simply put it to an end, I murmured softly:

"Love you too..."

*****

When I read Destiny at Work, I cannot forget the scene where Kaho and Touya talked about their lovers Eriol and Tomoyo-- and what Kaho's realization about her relationship with Eriol had become after three years:

She gasped quietly, her eyes fluttering closed in pain as the tears escaped. “Why can’t I remember the last time he said ‘I love you’ first?”

How come I don’t remember? Came the nagging thought in Touya’s head. His jaw clenched. Sure, Tomoyo said those three words many of times. On many occasions she said those eight letters before he did… Right?

These words from Kaho struck me. Yeah, it got me questioning myself as well. But in the manner that how many times I said it. The truth is, I'm not that honest about my feelings. I usually have this deadpan face or some sort of a wide and obviously stupid grin on my face whenever passion appears before me. Or someone I am with. I tend to take everything as a joke, for I believe that it is temporary as well. It all shall pass. Everything's just a phase.

Believe me, someone advised me to say the L word first, even just for once.

But it still remained as one of the words left unsaid. Which of course, added to the turbulent confusion within everyone I hold close.

Aw. This is so much disturbing.

I feel the same way too. Just read between the lines.

必然- Hitsuzen

"There is no such thing as coincidence in this world. There is only hitsuzen."

Yuuko's famous quote, seen in Tsubasa RC and in xxxHolic is quite a mystery to me. Well, the word hitsuzen was defined or rather translated literally as "inevitability".

I still can't grasp the meaning of the word. According to a blog also quoting from xxxHolic, "Hitsuzen means fate, something that is bound to happen. There are many meetings and events in this book that appear to happen for an unknown, mysterious purpose.".

Unknown, yet wonderful. I wonder what's yet to come...

Card Captor Sakura Addiction

It hasn't left me at all. Just last night, I scanned the whole fanfiction.net searching for worthwhile SS and ET pairing fluffs. And there I saw the wonderful story entitled "Destiny At Work", involving so much plot that could be so entangled you'll barely understand it. Anyway, the concept was one of the best so far that I've read (other than syaoran no hime's Shaman King fanfiction and some Slam Dunk fanfic I've read from before).

I can't wait for the next chapter as the scenes in the last one flooded my mind... it's as if I could see the exact scene that happened, how Syaoran returns home to Hong Kong and was being interrogated by his child-like sisters, how everything goes with Emeraude, how Kaho bade goodbye to Eriol, how the flashbacks were... but I am still confused at some parts (the break-up of Syaoran and Meiling, for instance).

Here's the link:

Destiny At Work

For SS fans, this one's kinda SM so you better watch out for some desperate Syaoran for Meiling scenes! :D

Confessions ng Isang One-Sided Lover

Oo! Yun talaga yon!

Uy!

Diba?

Siyempre kaya ko to sinulat kasi di mo mababasa!

Haha.

Siyempre, no.

Bakit ko ba to kailangang sabihin? Wala lang. Kasi nga, nililihim ko to e.

Gusto parin kita.

Pero wag kang mag-alala, hindi naman ako yung super stalker no. Hindi na rin naman kita natitingnan ng personal mula nung graduation.

Okay na ko... kahit sa pictures lang.

Bad Habit Alert!

What's new? Well, I returned to an old habit. Duh, what else but cutting classes?

I don't know what crossed my very mind today, but I did it. Again.

Did I regret what I've done?

I guess. A little. :|

So into Pchy...

Yes, he even invaded my recent dreams! What is he doing in my mind? In my thoughts? He's dwelling and invading just everything! (Even my wallpapers both in PC and mobile)

I LOVE YOU PCHY!!! *fangirl scream*

All About Today

The smell of a certain chemical filled my nose up to this very moment. It lingered in every direction I move my head... well in fact, it is in me--my hair, that is.

This afternoon, I went to a salon and got my hair half-cold waved. It was kind of gruelling and I expected another outcome, but well, it went out fine. I don't know if I should regret curling my precious straight hair for once.

I also got some new nail colour, which is purple in color with some sort of nail art (a white flower) in the center. Here are some pics of it (I just made fun by taking pictures of my hand :P):

Anyway, the design isn't much seen here... Haha. Next post, I'll try to show you my before and after hair (that doesn't look like it has changed).

That's right. He's the anime guy of the hour. Oh, not only for an hour, but he dominated my ever-intriguing status message at Yahoo! Messenger (I wonder why it catches a lot of people in my list's attention everytime I change it).

Quote 1:
When someone is confessing, there is also someone turned down.
-Harima Kenji

Quote 2:
Those who are rejected suffer and long for kindness. But in this world, there is no such thing.
-Harima Kenji

These "quotable quotes" came directly from Harima on the 1st episode of the OVA School Rumble: Sangakki. I don't know why he makes me laugh all the time, especially the unforgettable, now "Song of the Month", song he sang in the 10th episode of Season 1: (refer to earlier post) Kimi e~Kaze ni Nosete~. The way he sang it plus the music video (okay, the video or scene while he sings it) makes the whole thing funny for me. And the lyrics, my! It touched my laughstrings (is there such a word? :P).

If only I could have a living Harima Kenji... that person would be the world's most awesome delinquent.

Kudos to you, Harima! Your words of dejection and sheer admittance of failure inspired me! (And I owe you laughs!)

Another Song of the Month!

Kimi e~Kaze ni Nosete~
To You~Placed on the Wind~

The first time I saw you
You stole my heart
For a long time I've watched only you
In the first confession I've made
The other day, I made a bit of a mistake
But that sort of thing doesn't bother me
This is my first and final chance
My feelings will ride on the wind to reach you
I love you

First time kimi wa itsudemo

Kimi dake wo zutto mitekimashita
Boku ni totte no nidome no rabu retaa

Boku no omoi yo kaze ni notte kimi ni todoke
Boku wa kimi ga suki

The first time, at anytime you
Would grab my heart with an iron claw
For a long time I've watched only you
This is the second love letter I've made
The first was read to you by someone else
But that sort of thing doesn't bother me
This is my first and final attack
My feelings will ride on the wind to reach you
I love you

First time kimi wo mite kara
Boku no jinsei mou dotou no tenkai de
Kimi dake wa nanimo kidzuitenakute
Boku wa honto ni iroiro arimashita

Sonna koto wa kinishinai de
Kore ga saisho de saigo no choice
Boku no omoi yo kaze ni notte kimi ni todoke
Boku wa kimi ga suki
Boku wa kimi ga suki...

From the first time I saw you
My life has been radically changed
I've noticed no one else, just you
Throughout various realities
Animals followed me
But that sort of thing doesn't bother me
This is my first and final choice
My feelings will ride on the wind to reach you
I love you
I love you...

Let's Talk About School

Ah, the frustration!

Earlier at our PA 151 is an ambush graded recitation. Yep, I thought Prof Ocenar was kidding or it was just spur of the moment since he was surprisingly mad at late people. I thought he just scared us, but no! It was sudden I wasn't even done with the reading for that day's class. The worst thing is, I WAS CALLED FOR THAT READING AND NOT FOR THE PREVIOUS ONE!

Obviously, I wasn't that prepared.

I guess he realized that by himself since he made me stop explaining. The annoying thing about the reading: I DID NOT REALIZE THERE WAS A SHORT SUMMARY AT THE VERY LAST PART OF THE SO MANY PARAGRAPHS!!

Lesson learned:

1. Get readings on time. Help yourself with advanced reading.

2. Make sure you scan the whole item if you want to answer recitations unprepared. There might be a BLOODY SUMMARY waiting for you.

~ Yay!

I can't really say that I'm slow at some things, but this really made my mind boggle.

[Spoiler ALERT! Read at your own risk!]

I've watched the anime Tsubasa RC season 1 and skipped season 2 and watched the movie and the OVA, Tokyo Revelations.

The next thing I knew, I was so confused and intrigued that I decided I should continue downloading the manga from where the anime's OVA left off.

And so I searched for it at my two reliable forums and voila, I was hooked until the latest chapter that's scanlated. Chapter 205.

The confusion began when the two Syaorans appeared before me. Sure, they are both cute, but the clone (the first protagonist and the one who ardently searches for the feathers and the one who traded to Yuko Ichihara his relationship with the princess) became a power stealer (from Fai) and then the "Syaoran" original appeared. I didn't get much of the dialogues. I failed to analyze quickly what happened.

The next confusion came when the Sakura (the one who lost her memories and the love interest of Syaoran the clone) told original "Syaoran" that SHE IS NOT HIS SAKURA AND HIS SAKURA IS WAITING FOR HER (somewhere). What was that?! Yes, that Sakura is another CLONE!!

Should this anime be titled: Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle: Attack of the Clones?

Grrr.

Anyway, the story with the confusion hooked me even more! Now I'm dying to know how this series and manga ends!!

Let's now proceed on what really happened. I love explaining this because everyone I told this story really was more confused that I am. :P

Here it goes. Here is how I understand it. If anything's wrong, please feel free to comment.

Note that Fai's story is another confusing one, but I understood it more quickly. Fai is not Fai. It was his twin's name (dead twin) and his real name is Yuui.

[SPOILER WARNING AGAIN!!]

So from the Tokyo Revelation happening, Fai is a vampire, Kurogane is his "game" (or prey if you want to). They entered a world wherein you play chess with real people as chess pieces, fighting a battle. "Syaoran" the original, Kurogane and Fai played for Sakura the clone (not yet revealed as a clone). Then there's this weird, I can't understand, conversation between Fai (Yuui) and Sakura (clone). The real thing is that Sakura (clone) wants to win the chess game in order to travel different worlds alone and find Syaoran (clone). And also, she had this premonition of Syaoran and Kurogane (was it?) dying in the last battle of the chess game upon being killed by Fai (Yuui). She tries to prevent it by trading to Yuko her right leg and her status as "favorite daughter of the gods" (her super luck). So when the time came for that, Chii (Fai [Yuui]'s creation from Celece) came and took Sakura's body away. The soul was transported to the Dream world. (I think Chii is also a transporting thingy like Mokona white) Fai (Yuui) stabbed Sakura (clone), just in time when her soul and body split (I think she wasn't hurt badly? Was she?). And the next thing was the trio of Kuro, "Syaoran" and Fai (Yuui) came to Celes, Fai's world that he avoids.

Fai (Yuui)'s story: He avoids Celes because he doesn't want to kill King Ashura, the one who raised him. He's actually a prince of another kingdom before he arrived at Celes (Ashura's kingdom). He's with a twin, and they were considered unlucky and at fault for the bad stuff in their kingdom. So they (Fai and Yuui) were set to die. Here is where Fei Wong Reed, the ultimate villain, came and planned things according to his plan. He made Yuui (the "Fai" now) escape, but he has to kill his twin Fai. So when he escaped, he was set a curse by Fei Wong, that whatever world he's in will close (is that it?). When he was set free and Fai died, Yuui wanted to revive him (that was Fei Wong's promise). He was then found by Ashura who gave him a new life but asked him to grant his wish: that he must kill anyone who does harm to Celes. The other curse on the new Fai was activated, that he must kill anyone who is more powerful than him. It was then revealed that Ashura is a killing monster and he killed everyone in Celes. Fai can't kill him, so he put him under a spell of almost eternal sleep. He then avoided Celece and time-traveled with Syaoran. It was also revealed that he had acquired 2 feathers, one which he placed at his twin Fai in order for his body not to rot, and the other was the one he "took notice" that was allegedly stuck at Syaoran (clone)'s clothes during their travel.

Anyway, they returned to Celes and Sakura (clone)'s body was there. Then the trio killed Ashura together. The second curse was activated. They cannot escape Celece. Then was it Tomoyo or Watanuki who traded something to Yuko in order for them to arrive at Nihon country? It was Tomoyo. So they rested there until Seishiro arrived. "Syaoran" the original fought for the feather and got it. Then suddenly, he was just transported to Dream world where the Sakura (clone)'s soul is. Then Syaoran (clone) arrived and they fought for the feather. Sakura clone's soul was killed by Syaoran clone. And then it was revealed before she died that she's not the Sakura original. And then Fei Wong's partner in crime Kyle (the doctor at the other world) came and took the Sakura clone's body (I wonder how it came about). Syaoran clone unbelievably disappeared again, and then Syaoran original came back to Nihon country.

Then the trio ventured to the next world, and they intended to go and find the two Sakuras. Then they went back to where it all began: Clow Country. Now here's what actually happened. Syaoran the original met Sakura the original seven days before her seventh birthday. He was sent by his father, Li Syaoran (of CCS) because someone is waiting for him. It was also revealed that his name is not Syaoran at all! It's his dad's name (up to now, I don't know his name so let's stil call him Syaoran the original). His mother, Sakura (of CCS) dreamed of something and then she traded to Yuko her star staff in order for Syaoran the original to travel. Then he landed at Clow Country's purification grounds and met Sakura the original. They become friends. And then Fei Wong's plan began. Then Sakura the original was cursed. Syaoran the original returns to Yuko's shop right after what happened to Sakura the original (he can only stay there for 7 days) and then it's up to him to decide what happens. Then he wanted to go back to Clow Country and prevent Sakura from dying. So Yuko had him transported back and the price to pay is that he's never going to meet his family ever again. And Watanuki was born to replace him. When he returned, Nadeshiko, Sakura the original's mom can't do anything but stop the time for Sakura's 14th birthday. Then Fei Wong appeared to Syaoran and offered him a deal. But he was the evil one so what he did was capture Syaoran the original and clone him. It was not stated when the Sakura the original was cloned. And therefore, the clone was sent back to time and every history changed. Syaoran clone was sent to Clow Country and adopted by Fujitaka.... and you know the rest. That's what happened. So at the past time where the trio were, which is the day before Sakura's 7th birthday, Syaoran the clone arrived. And I wonder what happens next...........................

VERY CONFUSING. I can't state the story in a readable, understandable, manner.

Nooo!

Right. I was thinking about this, and it kinda freaked me out. Well, a little.

It's been such a lucky, happy, splendid month for me. Several things occurred and those things were pretty much unexpected (and many to mention). But I would like to emphasized on the rebirthing and/or resurrection of my most precious beings in life: my beloved laptop and don't forget, my desktop PC of 5 years.

Having them working again and living (in my belief, they are alive) means a lot to me. They have been the reason I'm still motivated with my life, and without them my life is a little less brillant. They keep me attached to my passion, anime, and they are the only beings which can make me feel emotions.

That is why I feel that I am the luckiest person alive.

I fear that because all of the good things I know happened subsequently to me, my luck will run out anytime now. The only thing I had in my wishlist now is the TV tuner. If I don't get it by the end of the year 2008, it will be appearing in my 2009 Wishlist. It will be terrible.

Let's set aside that topic for a while. Today, I analyzed that I should have another set of wishlist for movies, series, and downloadables I want to have. I'm starting again with my lost Mp3 collection deleted from Hazel-PC (luckily, the series I just finished downloading was recovered, thanks to Mr. Ian of Acer ^^). On top of that, I want to organize everything so it won't be troublesome for me (my new activities involve lending my collection to a couple of college friends).

I really want to accomplish a lot of things before 2008 ends. I hope everything meets my needs.

I'm Too Happy, I Cannot Believe It...!

Most of my net friends have been continuously pinging me on YM. Almost all of them wondered where I have been. Why? Simply because I wasn't the always-online-person they knew. I've been missing for about 2 weeks now. Yes, it seems to be a mysterious disappearance to nowhere and I owe a lot of people some sort of explanation.

As my closest friends all know, I love staying late for PCs and chatting with them. So when I was lost and missing in the cyberspace, it was a mystery.

Not really. :) I could occassionally PM them using my mobile phone, or when I go to school and login from there. And so they kept saying "Nabuhay ka!" or something like that. I could only laugh. I miss you guys.

I was missing and lost because I ruined my prized possession, my laptop. My desktop isn't fixed as well... sad to say, it will take a long time before I get it fixed. I don't have funds fot that yet. :P

Anyway, going to the title of this text, it's quite not connected. The title must be: I am mourning, right? But since I saw this person, ano hito... this kare... member of 3M, whatever you, me or my closest buddies address him, I became ecstatic! I never thought that I'd see him again after almost a year in this wide UP Diliman campus ACCIDENTALLY! Guuzen ja nai! Hahaha...

I'm so glad I walked along that place that morning...

Ureshii!!

Japanese Song of the Month (November)

Kono Namida ga Aru Kara Tsugi no Ippo to Naru
Because There Are These Tears, They Will Become My Next Step

Original / Romaji LyricsEnglish Translation

Sore ga hetakuso de
Nanka kuyashii kedo
Mada akiramenai ne

That's my clumsiness
Its something vexing, but
I can't give up yet, right?

Bonyari toshiteru yume mo sono uchi ni
Kiri ga hareta you ni shite miseru

But as for the absent-mindedness within these dreams
It will clear away like a lifting fog

Kono ippo susumu made
Tsugi no ippo made
Jikkuri yuku kara
Mae ni susumu kara
Jibun no peesu de

Until I take this step forward
Until I take another step after
I'll continue carefully
Moving forward
At my own pace

Chiisa na heya demo
Yabou ga tsumatteru
Ichiichi iwanai ga...

It was a small room, but
it was full of ambition
One by one, unsaid was...

Sorezore no jidai sorezore no jinsei
Dakedo tsunagatteru ningenmoyou

Each area, each life
But then, that's what tied everyone together

Kono namida ga aru kara
Tsugi no ippo to naru
Hakkiri wakaru yo
Mae ni susunderutte
"Kagayaki" no moto e

Because there are these tears
They will become my next step
I understand it perfectly
I am going forward
To the origin of "radiance"

Kono namida ga aru kara
Tsugi no ippo to naru
Hakkiri wakaru yo
Mae ni susunderutte
"Kagayaki" no moto e

Because there are these tears
They will become my next step
I understand it perfectly
I am going forward
To the origin of "radiance"

Apologize... :)

Hmn... just posting the lyrics. :D

APOLOGIZE

sung by: Timbaland ft. One Republic

I'm holding on your rope
Got me ten feet off the ground
And I'm hearing what you say
But I just can't make a sound
You tell me that you need me
Then you go and cut me down
But wait...
You tell me that you're sorry
Didn't think I'd turn around and say...

That it's too late to apologize, it's too late
I said it's too late to apologize, it's too late

I'd take another chance, take a fall, take a shot for you
And I need you like a heart needs a beat
(But that's nothing new)
Yeah yeah

I loved you with a fire red, now it's turning blue
And you say
"Sorry" like the angel, heaven let me think was you
But I'm afraid...

It's too late to apologize, it's too late
I said it's too late to apologize, it's too late
Woahooo woah

It's too late to apologize, it's too late
I said it's too late to apologize, it's too late
I said it's too late to apologize, yeahah
I said it's too late to apologize, yeahah

I'm holding on your rope
Got me ten feet off the ground...

It Still Hasn't Left Me...

I can't remember when was the first time I felt this attraction for him...

Was it in my first summer in College? Or the time that we meet each other again?

I don't even recall the first time we knew each other. Ah, it was because of our Geog 1 class. We shared a lot of things in common back then. It seemed as if it was uncontrolled destiny--same drawings, same description, as if it were all planned. That "5 year-old" earth drawing still is pictured in my mind.

The way he asked me to place an extra drawing of eyes in my drawing of the earth was so friendly. We didn't know each other's names back then. I didn't even notice how cool he was. Not until we had the same class again.

I instantly recalled him. He grew cuter as the year had passed. We finally could tell who's who. We even told the class we've met and been classmates before. We drew a little bit closer to each other. Exchange of Yahoo! addresses, cellphone numbers, Friendster accounts... it has never been the same.

I found myself falling for him.

But it didn't last for long, I guess. The mere crush is simply a crush. Nothing more, nothing less.

Anyway, I'm glad with our friendship. We still talk, chat, and all that...

But the feelings absolutely hasn't left me yet.... It still hasn't left me... Sleeping half-moon

Akanai mabuta kosutte mieru
Pasuteru moyou no mirai ni
Chiribamerareta kigou wo tadoru
Taguriyoseta hyoujou

Rubbing my unopened eyelids, I can see
Into a pastel-patterned future
I'll pursue an inlaid symbol
My expression one of reeling it in close

Nee, nan dakke sagashite ita mono
Are ha, sou ne itsu dakke
Bokura ga inryoku ni sakarainagara deatta koro

Say, what was it that I've been searching for?
When, let me think, was it?
That we met as we defied gravity

Sore ha warutsu no you da ne fushigi sa
Sasayaku you na komorebi no kousaten de
Futari warutsu no you ni ne mawarinagara
Egakidashite yuku mono

It's like a waltz, isn't it? So wondrous
At a crossroad lit with sunbeams seeming to whisper through the trees
As the two of us rotate as if in a waltz,
We express ourselves

Atatamesugita omoi wo zenbu
Hakidashite mieru randosukeepu
Hantoshi ijou kusuburaseteru
Imeeji ni hi wo tomoshite

Throwing up all my overheated emotions,
I could see the landscape
Over half a year ago, I made it smolder
By setting the image on fire

Nan dakke nakushite shimatta mono
Soredemo iinda tte
Bokura no inryoku de hikiai motomeau no darou

What was it that I've lost?
Even so, I'm fine, I tell you
We'll probably seek out comparisons with our gravity

Sore ha warutsu no you da ne suteki sa
Tsubuyaku you na saezuri kikinagara
Marude warutsu no you ni ne futari ga
Egakidashite yuku mono

It's like a waltz, isn't it? So lovely
As we listen to chirps that seem to murmur
As if we're dancing a waltz, the two of us
Express ourselves

Aa, toboketa genjitsu mo genshoku de nurikaete shimae
Hikiyosete ageru kara nee
Soko kara odoritsudzukeyou
Futari dake no warutsu

Ah, repaint reality, which is playing dumb, with primary colors
I'll draw you close to me, so, please
From there on, let's continue to dance
Our very own waltz

Sore ha warutsu no you da ne fushigi sa
Sasayaku you na komorebi no kousaten de
Futari warutsu no you ni ne mawarinagara
Egakidashite yuku mono

It's like a waltz, isn't it? So wondrous
At a crossroad lit with sunbeams seeming to whisper through the trees
As the two of us rotate as if in a waltz,
We express ourselves

Semestral Break Has Come!

After a long time of waiting, I finally got my freedom from school work. Stress took place about roughly 8 hours ago, and now it's just time to relieve myself from those stresses and finally focus to my pending movies, series and anime to watch.

First off, Gossip Girl first season episodes 12-18. This has been the one recomended by girl friends and I discovered that this type of show is kinda fun too. I usually don't get to see a Western show that hooks me, but this one's the exemption.

Next, Hana Yori Dango 1 or Meteor Garden 1. I sorta felt like I wanted to go back to the old days where high school dramas and dreaming of F4's who won't exist happened. Some load of drama and romance for this weekend, I guess.

Finally, it shall be the roster of movies I downloaded ages ago. All of these could just be either Korean or Hollywood, nothing more and nothing less. Titles have been carefully picked and I could tell I'll have an enjoyable Monday with these.

I won't forget to the list of must-sees this sembreak the anime Bokura ga Ita which I haven't finished watching. After this anime, I'll be watching two seasons of Honey and Clover and then I should download the J dorama version. After that, I'll await for the completion of the Taiwanese drama version.

All these won't be complete without reading shoujo mangas I have downloaded from mIRC last year. What's not good about old school manga with a spice of romance and bishies all the way?

I hope to accomplish everything before the 5th of November comes...

Excerpts From My Diary: Honest and Frank Posts

The following notes or paragraphs are true excerpts from my diary. No disclaimers. No pretense. Just my true feelings... :)

Breakfast at Mc Donald's… on our Last Day together

4:00 PM
  1. It so happened that our group met earlier at the gym (three of us). Joanna, Mario and me. We stayed or a while together at the gym and talked, I learned that Mario is currently watching Death Note and we even sang the Opening song together. Even of course my favorite ending song. It's nice since… again, we have a common interest. After Alex's arrival, we were told by some classmate that we must meet at the Ylanan Gym. So we went on to the gym. Mario and I walked together, side by side. He talked about his disbelief on the evolution theory of Charles Darwin even after he studied Bio 1. I agreed with him. Then Alex saw or noticed us talking with each other and said, "Oh, excuse me. I better not disturb you.", something like that. Then Alex had told me I looked beautiful, and she even reverberated that to Mario. I was just wondering how he reacted. He didn't show me any of his weird reactions. Upon our arrival, the rest also arrived. Miss Keim, Jan and other people arrived… sir told us that we go in by twos. Miss Keim and Alex went in first, followed by Joanna and Mario. Miss Keim and I talked together with Alex, and Alex was about to leave when I told her if she won't wait for Yuji and the others. She said she couldn't, and Miss Keim said that maybe I really like Yuji. I glanced at Mario and caught him glancing outside the screen door of the Alumni Café. Was he looking at me or someone else or somewhere far? I didn't mind, and I told Miss Keim that yes, I do like Yuji and I'm determined to take him away from her. We did high five and laughed as Mario and Joanna came out. Mario talked with the rest and so I came in with a person from another group whose surname is Sy. So I checked my grades and that…
  2. After that, we came out and I talked again to my group mates. This time, Yuji came with Ivy and he said that "Miss Keim I saw you with another man and it hurts…". We laughed in unison as Ivy second the motion and Miss Keim began teasing me about what I said earlier, which Mario didn't comprehend well. After checking their grades, Ivy went to the other group while Miss Keim, Mario and I plus Miss Keim's friend talked. Then Venus was practically going around asking for e-mails. Everyone is asking for numbers and Friendster accounts. We all went out and then we walked as a group. Ivy was not with us that time, and Venus said that our groups must be united. However, we walk too slow that we couldn't catch up. Was it Mario who commented that, "When playing a game we are definitely slow, so even while walking we're still slow."? I forgot. Then we saw Volkswagens, 3 red ones--one of them parked. Venus and the rest made the Pendong Peace game. I sighed, and Mario and I talked. I called Venus "Venus Say" and then he suddenly sang the song "Venus Say". I joined him, and the rest must've ignored us and the other group bade. Our group was left. And then we talked about some things like Friendster and Yuji was practically making us laugh (or was it just me really laughing). Mario had told me that I wasn't in his friends' list yet. Miss Keim told him that my name there is Katie. "Katie?" He asked. "Katie Holmes?" I replied that it is from Mirumo de Pon. Then during that period, Miss Kim repeated that Yuji has me, and so Mario reacted, "May ganon pala, ba't parang hindi ko yata alam yon". I silenced, or did I say that it was from before? Well, I wonder if he reacted only because the news didn't reach him as it was supposed to since we are one team.
  3. "Where are we actually going?" some of us asked. Miss Keim and I told them that we'll go at SC. I'll do papers and she will surf the net. Yuji said "Let's play DotA.". Mario agreed. Jan said she doesn't play, even Miss Keim. I told them I play. Before arriving SC, Mario and I talked again and scribbled Miss Keim's name in the air using Japanese Katakana characters. They praised my knowledge and Mario's, and Miss Keim even said "You really are a great pair.", and I told them that it just so happened that Mario and I enrolled in a Japanese class. Then when we arrived at SC, we stopped in front of Isko. Before going in, Miss Keim asked them where they will go and they were also surprised that both of us were getting in the PC shop. Then Miss Keim just asked us if we had breakfast, I said I didn't and they all agreed. So Miss Keim decided that we should eat first. Then we went out of SC towards the fish ball stand, where Yuji told us that he'll treat Miss Keim. We laughed. Then Mario kind of said that, "Is this where will I get my energy for the rest of the day?". The ate said to Miss Keim that the frying stuff aren't yet ready, so they asked where do we eat. I suggested Mc Donald's and then Mario suddenly agreed, telling them that "there are now two votes for Mc Do!". I smiled. I turned to Miss Keim, and she said it's fine with her. Then Mario said that Jan was just tagged along, and she replied she didn’t mind. So we waited for a Philcoa Jeep.
  4. Yuji talked about UP Baguio, himself and others. We listened as Miss Keim talked as well. When the jeep finally arrived, we went in, Miss Keim and Jan first. I sat beside Jan, Miss Keim was in front. Yuji came in next and sat (of course) beside Miss Keim. Mario came in last and sat beside me as there are no other places to sit. I moved a bit. He distanced himself. We talked. Miss Keim and Yuji too. A lot of things had been talked about inside the jeep. Finally, we arrived Mc Do. Mario and I were the first ones who stepped in the fast food area, and he made me go in second at the door this time. Earlier at the jeep, I came in first. And then we picked food. I fall in line as they thought on what to order. I've set my mind on the chicken and the guy took my order. The other cashier was vacant and so they--Mario, Jan and Miss Keim were told to fall in line there. Yuji was at the table already, and Miss Keim and Jan abruptly fall in line at the other counter. Mario wanted to follow, but then, knowing that it would be best if he is next to me in the line (since I'm the one who's been served), he stayed. I then took my chicken meal and went to Yuji. Yuji then came to the counter, and after some time, Mario followed me to the table. I sat not beside the window and placed my bag at the next chair. When Mario arrived, he was thinking on sitting in front of me, but then he changed his mind and sat beside me. He placed his bag at the table beside me. After that, he sat. Miss Keim and Jan arrived next. Finally, Yuji. We then talked once more.
  5. 9 o'clock came by and Janine has to go. Mario asked him where she's going. We had a heck of fun time, and we bade her goodbye. We--Me, Miss Keim, Mario and Yuji-- stayed first, and talked about old school anime including B't X. Mario and I sang the "Maglalakbay ako patungo sa kawalan…" song, till the end--I ended it, he started. We then talked about Death note, and Miss Keim said she dislike spoilers. Mario contradicted her, and I agreed on him.
