SM Aura Premier + Clinique All About Eyes Rich

Last Friday, we went to the opening of SM Aura Premier at BGC. The traffic this mall opening created was intense! Pedestrians came crossing from SM Aura to Market! Market! because the transport terminal is located there. Cars have to be stuck in "stop" mode even though it's a green light because of the crossing people. This was around 12 noon and we really had a hard time figuring out how to park inside the mall's parking so we decided just to park on the open parking area and just walk to the mall under the heat of the sun.

And so, I decided to buy an eye cream. I really have lots of fine lines under my eyes now! :( It used to be only 2 obvious lines, but now it grew to 4-5 lines. I feel that I should start my anti-aging regimen as early as now. I don't want to have lots of wrinkles when I turn 30, so if I can prevent it from populating my face I'd do it now.

I decided to visit the Clinique store in SM Aura. It's nice and white :D The staff were so accommodating as there were no customers lol. I bought this item called All About Eyes Rich. According to Clinique's official site (and I quote):

I read about this item from GT, and actually, I just checked out the Clinique store out of whim, cos it looked nice :) They accept credit cards and it's good. As one of the first customers who bought an item above 1,500 Pesos, they gave me a loot bag as a freebie-- with three items on it. I don't really liked the freebies.

Here are my eye lines. As you can see (in mirror image), this is my left eye with lots of wrinkles already. The other photo is my right eye. I also have dark circles around my eyes. Let's see if there will be improvements (I'll be updating this post in weeks).

38 Weeks and Still Waiting...

I'm already 38 weeks pregnant as of today, election day in the Philippines. That is based on my LMP (aka Last Mestrual Period, or the first day of my last period before I got preggo) which was August 20, 2012. Since then I haven't bled. :D Anyways, I'm really getting impatient as we are all ready to see the baby that we named Robert Lemuel. All our hospital bags are packed, including his (baby boy's) and mom, dad and elder bro's. Everything is prepared already except for his crib which his dad will set-up tomorrow. And I haven't felt anything which is a sign of labor-- no pains yet, no contractions that are regular and also no bloody show. Most of my prego friends from GT already gave birth. Some are still on the way cos our due dates are close enough. I can't contain the impatience I'm having. I wanted to cuddle Robert and breastfeed him as I'm so ready and anxious at the same time. I also want to see Jethro's reaction with his baby bro and how he'll handle the lost attention. I never grew up with siblings or other kids as I'm an only child, so I would love to see his reaction :)

Most people said I better start walking already so as to hasten labor and make my baby come out. I believe Robert is also physically ready to come out. As of last ultrasound, he's almost 6 pounds. I think it will only be a few days before he reaches Jethro's newborn weight. So yesterday I already wanted to start walking preferably at night. However, we decided to go back home after shopping at NBC Tent last night. We all had a rough day. Waking up for church at 5:30 AM, going to church with total travel time of almost an hour drive, and attending church for 2 hours is really taxing. Add the visit to Angono Medics to see my uncle and then traveling to Taytay and going home... a few hours later we go to BGC for the mom's day dinner with my husband's family. We never got to rest, I also did laundry yesterday and my husband played with our hyperactive son. Oh well, at least last night I had a nice sleep of about 9 hours. Today I'm itching to go out for a walk, but husband would be voting at his precint in San Joaquin. I will have to wait for him to go back home and for night time to start then we should go walking here at our subdivision.

Tomorrow, I want to go out as well. If he decides to apply for his NBI Clearance at Robinsons, I would probably come with him and I'll walk around the mall for hours. Just circling and climbing stairs, I guess. I had no spare money for shopping as I already quit working for RareJob last May 8. I only earned a meager approximation of 5,000 pesos which is 1/3 of what I usually earn monthly. I want to try writing for Essays.ph, but technical writing isn't my forte (and I find their rules and keywords weird). So in short, I don't have the moolah to spend from now on. Although my credit card is cleared and ready to spend for July (3rd Quarter of 2013), I'm not yet sure whether I could go back to work on June. I have to schedule my Robert's feeding time first.

I might keep myself busy creating my breastfeeding plan and also reading pertinent articles and hand-outs I got from my seminars at the Medela House. I already decided that Robert will be exclusively breastfed. I will also watch the DVD free from my purchase of Medela Freestyle Pump. I'm so looking forward to doing this and bonding with our youngest. I can't wait to see you, Robert! Please come out soon!

Haul for my MUD Class

Happy New Year! I just came home from Hong Kong and Shenzhen for our family trip. It did go well, but with PAL's delay on our flight back, it wasn't as good as my previous travels abroad. This was my 2nd time in Hong Kong and my first time in China. 2012 has been really good to me and my travels.

I have a draft post in my mobile phone I was composing from Hong Kong, but I wasn't able to upload it. I'll probably write a travel post later. I'm loving 2013 so far!!

As mentioned before, I have this Beauty List I have to accomplish for my makeup class tomorrow. I bought everything in one day via Purebeauty Serendra, Market! Market! Department Store and SM Department Store. I must say, SM really lives up to its tag "We've Got It All For You". Everything I needed was there. I bought some items at MUD because I thought we wouldn't go to SM anymore. I will also get a 15% off the MUD items I picked up due to my class.

All in all, I spent around 16,400+ pesos for my makeup class-- all beauty hauls including the makeup kit, fee for MUD's class, and other stuff. This doesn't include the makeup itself YET. I'm reserving another 6,000 pesos for it haha. My hubby said, I should continue this "hobby" of makeup cos I already spent a lot. :)) It's more expensive than my 30-session Japanese Module 4 class at UP Diliman starting this month. I hope I do enjoy makeup soon. I usually start something but not finish it. :P

Freebie from Sigma- Eyeliner brush

I also got my JAC Plus shipment #2 from US which was delayed by a week. This is my first ever Sigma Brush. The set's name is Mrs. Bunny and it's a vegan brush-- no animals involved. I'm not vegan, but I personally like the colors pink and blue, that's why I got it. It cost about 4,899+ pesos (120 USD something, without shipping fee within US). JAC's shipping and handling fee is the same as usual, around 802 pesos. My package was about 2 lbs just like the previous one.

I like this song! It's just sad that I haven't finished Bokura ga Ita. I'm bummed. I want to do a lot of things that I could actually do, but I have no interest this time. I just want to stay calm and relaxed like this.

I just bought a マリオ sticker (name sticker) at Megamall last time Kog, Edrick and I went out. I's so much worthwhile. I was glad I bought one and sticked it on my TV. Haha.

Although I don't get to see him, I still watch Witch Yoo Hee wherein he looks like Jae Hee--the Korean actor playing the role of Marlon (Filipino dubbed name, yeah I know...) on the show. So then I wasn't lonely at all. Besides, a lot of people keep me company lately.

I just hope HAZEL-PC gets fixed and I could have some things from my own money (which hasn't been touched since 2007 October). Gah!

Whatever happens, he's still here... in my 心. Yeah!

P.S.: Chinito wasn't around earlier. Good thing エイドリアン was there. :P
